Cub Scout Day Camp: June 8-12, 2026
Cub Scout Day Camp is the perfect introduction to Summer Camp, and this year your Scout is invited to join the adventure. Day Camp is open to Cub Scouts entering 1st through 5th grade in the upcoming fall. Our youngest Vikings (Tiger, Wolf, and Bear) will focus on rank advancement while building strength, courage, and Scout spirit. Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts will sharpen their skills, take on greater challenges, and prepare for the journeys ahead, all while having an epic week of fun.
Camp runs daily from 8:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and each day is filled with bold adventures worthy of a Viking saga. Scouts will: conquer the 40-foot climbing tower; test their aim in archery, BB guns, and slingshots; sail the waters of our 6-acre lake; swim in our Olympic-size pool; craft treasures in Handicraft; explore the wild lands around camp in the Nature Lodge; and no Viking journey is complete without a stop at the Trading Post! Refuel with a snack or drink, cool off with a slushy, and claim your legendary Camp Birch gear.
Webelos & AOL Overnight Camp: June 28-July 1 or July 12-15, 2026
Webelos & Arrow of Light Overnight Camp at Camp Birch is crafted especially for Scouts entering 4th or 5th grade in the upcoming fall. This immersive overnight experience helps prepare Scouts for their journey into the Scouts BSA program. During their stay, Scouts will work on select adventures while strengthening leadership, outdoor skills, and independence. Just like true Viking explorers preparing for their next great voyage. With hands-on challenges, teamwork, and activities woven into this year’s Viking theme, it’s the perfect bridge to the next stage of their Scouting journey.
Scouts will become bold explorers, testing their courage, teamwork, and skill through epic challenges and themed activities across camp. Join us for a legendary quest this summer worthy of its own saga.
Cub Scout Overnight Camp: July 15-18, 2026
Set sail on an epic journey because adventure awaits at Cub Scout Overnight Camp - Camp Birch’s introduction to the thrill of summer camp! This experience is open to Cub Scouts entering 1st through 5th grade in the upcoming fall and their parent, guardian, or family. At Cub Scout Overnight Camp, everyone will enjoy the classic camp adventures: swim in our Olympic-size pool; sail the waters of our 6-acre lake; conquer the 40-foot climbing tower; test their aim in archery, BB guns, and slingshots; craft treasures in Handicraft; and explore the wild lands around camp in the Nature Lodge. Plus, Scouts will have the chance to embark on exciting elective adventures designed for all ranks — different from the more skill-focused adventures offered to Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts. This allows older Scouts to experience camping with their den, return with their family, and try new challenges to earn completely different electives.
Get your Viking spirit ready — adventure, learning, and legendary memories await!
